The day of the wedding was far from regular!  I literally woke up the day of their wedding and became their photographer!  I have never been so glad to become friends with Stacy and John on accident.  Their sweet cousin was supposed to photograph their wedding and became really ill, so I was able to fill in for her and be part of their special day.  This was a beautiful backyard style wedding.  They had their closest family and friends and John's two sweet daughters.  It was so special to have Stacy's mom and sister come in for the wedding as well.  Stacy's mom was sick so this special day and some of the pictures we got are some lasting memories for her and an honor for me to capture.  John and Stacy had a beautiful outdoor wedding at a park in Colorado Springs that was a gorgeous wooded area.  Stacy is a veteran Miss Rodeo and this made for fun details and a model picture perfect bride. Surrounded by friends and family the ceremony was beautiful and sweet.  The party continued inside at a restaurant close to Garden of the Gods.  It poured rain while everyone was driving but then cleared up in time for some dramatic sky photos in the Garden of the Gods.  I have become great friends with Stacy and John and have been able to capture family photos and some fun Miss Rodeo events since!
